Privacy Policy

This page explains what data My PG OS collects, how it is used, who can access it, and how you can request deletion.

Tenant data

We store tenant details such as name, contact, room and bed assignment, and stay history to operate the platform on behalf of the PG admin.

Government ID and KYC

Government ID files uploaded by tenants are stored privately. Only authorised admin and super admin roles can view them. Files are used solely for verification purposes.

Rent and payment proof

Payment screenshots and receipts uploaded for verification are stored against the tenant's record and visible to admins of the same PG.

Complaints

Complaint details, proof images, and status updates are visible to the assigned staff, branch admin, and tenant who raised it.

Staff tasks and proof

Tasks, attendance, and proof uploads are stored to keep an operational record.

Website enquiries

Enquiry form submissions are visible to the branch admin and super admin for follow-up.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the platform features you and your tenants rely on. We do not sell tenant data.

Who can access data

Access is role-based and branch-scoped. Super Admin, Branch Admin, Staff, and Tenant roles see only what their role requires.

Data deletion requests

You can request deletion of personal data by emailing hello@mypgos.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe subject to legal retention obligations.
