If online payment is not enabled, payments are handled directly by PG management. Refund decisions on tenant rent are at the discretion of the PG, not My PG OS.

My PG OS records payment proofs and receipts only after admin verification. The platform does not hold tenant rent unless the payment gateway add-on is enabled.

Subscription refund rules for My PG OS platform fees can be discussed with sales. Custom terms may apply for annual contracts.

You can cancel your My PG OS subscription at the end of the current billing period. Contact hello@mypgos.com to start cancellation.
