By using My PG OS, you agree to the following terms.

Use of platform

My PG OS is a SaaS platform for PGs, hostels, and co-living businesses. Use it only for lawful operations.

Admin responsibilities

PG admins are responsible for the accuracy of tenant data, rent records, and any information published on their branch website page.

Tenant responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, KYC, and any content they submit through the Tenant App.

Manual payment verification

Unless an online payment gateway add-on is enabled, payments are handled directly by the PG and recorded as verified proofs.

No automatic payment processing

My PG OS does not process money on behalf of PG owners unless the payment add-on is enabled and configured.

App availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

Account suspension

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, payment defaults, or violation of platform terms.

Support limitations

Standard support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST. Priority support is available as an add-on.
